Fluffy Greek Yogurt Pancakes

Try these healthy pancakes made with real greek yoghurt and blueberries, there tasty, healthy and only about 100 calories each. Add a scoop of vanilla protein powder if you want to make them into power protein pancakes.

Ingredients for Greek Yogurt Pancakes:

2 tbsp of Greek yoghurt
½ cup of milk
½ cup of all plain flour
1tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon 
Drop of vanilla extract



1: Whisk together wet ingredients:, Greek yogurt and milk.


2: Stir in 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp of cinnamon, vanilla extract and  ½ cup of flour, whisk all the ingredients together to make the batter


3: Add the blueberries to the mix, as much or as little as you want


4: Heat the frying pan till it’s nice and hot with a little oil or butter, i use 2 sprays of 1 cal oil

5: Spoon in a small amount of the batter mix and cook for 1minute flip the pancake and cook for a further minute or browned.


6: Serve with more fresh blueberries and a drizzle of honey.
